Sagat - Awlad

Diameter 2" - These are our smallest model. They have a narrow rim and short sweet ring, for open-handed playing. These starter sagat are ideal for small hands. They do not "talk." Made from premium brass, they are as thick as our larger models and have a lovely sound to them. They are NOT toys. Because they are so light, it is easy to play fast doubles and keep up with even the quickest tempo. Good for adapting to playing one-hole finger cymbals or for arthritic hands. They are loud enough to be heard in a small restaurant or in a theater without talking. Beautiful, high-pitched sound with a reverberation time of about a second. A MUST-HAVE for the finger cymbal player who wants to cover the pitch spectrum.
